I've finally got time to write a big thank you for the recent sale through the auction of my home in Remuera. So glad that Skype worked in Vietnam. Throughout the whole process you were positive, sincere, totally available and supportive. As I was living and traveling overseas at the time of getting the house ready to put on the market, marketing and at the time of auction, you communicated well and kept me updated through phone calls and follow up emails,. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you. From organising workman to communicating with the tenant. You always replied promptly to all my questions and concerns. During the auction, which was a little stressful for me as I was in Vietnam you were calm, supportive and kept me informed. I never felt under pressure.
